3.11家的感觉
これは、世界中のさまざまな作家(約20名)に、3月11日に発生した東日本大震災にちなみ3分11秒の短編映像を紡いで貰うプロジェクトです。
仙台の短編映画祭が、3月11日の震災により開催が危惧される中、自分たちに何かできないだろうかと考え、映画祭と関わりのある監督たちに3分11秒の映像を作ってもらうことを発案。
映画作家である河瀨直美がその依頼を受けたところから、なら国際映画祭は『3.11 A Sense of Home Films』という、独自の案を立案することとなりました。
この大震災で、多くの方々が「家／house」だけではなく、「家ふるさと／home」を失われています。
今もう一度、誰もが“A Sense of Home”（「家」という感覚）から生まれる、“家族とは” “ふるさととは”“祖国とは” というものを再認識再確認するべきこの機会に...
