That incorigable Mr. Bean is back! First, he's attending an open house day at school where he raises an uproar in art class, and wreaks havoc on the science lab. Next, Mr. Bean inadvertantly becomes a barber's assistant then enters Teddy in the county fair pet show and finally, Mr. Bean is sent to Moscow by post.
Determined to be the first in line for the bus, Mr. Bean tries to cut ahead of a woman with a baby carriage and a blind man. Bean tries everything to make sure he is at the front of the line, including pushing the baby carriage away and imitating the bus so the blind man will leave the queue.
